Policy


We strive to offer you the most enjoyable stay possible. To ensure your satisfaction, we have the following policies:

Reservations

$25.00 non-refundable deposit required to reserve the room.  The deposit will go towards the total upon check in.

Payment

Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover or cash accepted. No checks.

Cancellations

48 hours’ notice required in order to not be charged one night’s payment.  No call, no show results in full payment for stay.

Check-in

Check-in time is 3:00 pm – 7:00 pm. Late check-ins arranged with advance notice.

Check-out

Check-out time is 11:00 pm.  Late check out can be arranged by asking a member of management upon arrival (additional fees may be required)

Extra bed

$10.00 fee to move extra bed into rooms

Pets

$10.00 fee per night. $15/hr fee for pet babysitting including walks, treats, and constant companionship.

Smoking & 420 friendly

No smoking is allowed anywhere inside the property.  Smoking cigarettes and marijuana is allowed in the courtyard outside the hotel.  Vaporizing is allowed in the individual rooms.  Vaporizers also for rent. See manager upon check in for details.
